It will take a while to get this running smooth so don’t worry. @xietoo thats fine if it’s something not normally hosted.
We will have normal games during the weekend but just less. First we clear the schedule, then we add different games, then near the time we will invite a number to take the gaps with regular.

The point of the door prizes this month being items rather than vouchers for the most part was to make it a little different and make it a little more of a rare prize for winners so a limited number were made and split between hosts. Some got vouchers, some got items and some got a mix of both.
Next time we do it then you might get items and another host from the past may get vouchers.
I understand your concern that you won’t get players to your games if you don’t have the items but as you can see from other posts a lot of people are saying they want the vouchers so they can get prize market items. I think you’ll games will be okay this month and the turnout will be normal for you.

Well it’s a mix between it’s items they don’t need/want and they have enough to buy every single item at the current rate. V to G exchange would cause the value of G to get down which is critical to getting new art and feature IW. More popular items at a higher tag is the way forward but still keeping some lower value items for newbies and collectors.

Gem, I am not aware of hosts dropping like flies? L’AD is away for 2 weeks, thats all.
From what I can see you didnt have any scheduled games last month which is why the BOT didnt send you any vouchers.
If you plan to host this month all it needs is a simple request posting in https://www.vzones.com/groups/game-event-hosts/vz/discussion/ and we can arrange vouchers.
Can you confirm if you hosted last month?

If supply is too high then you have low demand. Low demand causes member shops to not trade, member to member trade is slow, auctions are slow, member trade for tokens or PP is slow, collecting becomes boring and turfs get filled with too much stuff.
This is a slow process from multiple different ways that we are trying to solve.
