@suzie access enabled under the schedule menu you can now see the host menu where you can add/edit/remove slots on the schedule.
If you need help on the schedule let me know.
Please make sure to use the photo as the entrance to your shop and not AI images, select the location as Temple Street Turfs and include the turf name in the description.
Please limit to 1 hour slots and remember the store needs to have someone working inside when it’s open.
Please select the type as Shopping which will make it yellow on the schedle

@cosmic – buddy/helper role. This is still very much needed. As new members come in i can drop an ESP to any long standing members who are wanting to know the names of new people who may need help. I’ve been doing this adhoc to Emm, Rhi & MG. Until a system is in place this is the best option.

You can just cancel your yearly subscription and then signup for monthly anytime before the due date at https://www.vzones.com/my-account/orders/

@NH-Marshall-Bigg-Tom games need to be removed from the schedule or set to cancelled to free up the slot so someone else can host in it.
If you need help doing this please let me know. If you struggle with this long term you may want to consider an account share with someone who can do it for you that you trust.

@NH-Marshall-Bigg-Tom I am not sure what problem you had but to confirm you can only manage your own games and other hosts cannot remove or edit something you added. It sounds like the game may have not been set to recurring if it was not showing? You can add it back at any time and upto 3 games per hour are allowed so don’t worry about filling a slot.

@Mikey some kind of movie scenes event may work with your idea? You will need to recruit a member to build it with you but maybe needs a little more planning on the style before you start on the build.

That’s correct. For member-hosted events, the build should be created by the event host or those working with them. VZones does not handle the build itself, but we can assist toward the end with final tweaks if needed.
If an existing build is available (for example, London) and it’s agreed it can be reused, that’s fine. However, the goal of member events is to encourage members to create something new each time.
