@CosmicAndy @Heidia-Dia @Pyewacket Since I’ve done events, and almost do them in my sleep now, I made up some prizes and will be sending the list and pictures to the vzones event email.
Mind you, I am NOT telling anyone that they have to do anything………… just offering my time and energy IF y’all want to accept it.
FYI, I got a response from Marianne G and she said she was planning on doing her History and Parade as usual with assistance from Forest Fern Pan…. just needed to figure out a time. I suggested she get in touch with one of you in order to get it on the schedule and to let you know her plans.

@Heidia-Dia Marianne is in a group of us on FB so I left her a message there. I can work on main prizes and doorprizes if you like. Last year we also had costume contest and hand outs as well… I’ll send you espmail iw.

@Tabitha TY… I meant it lasted four days, not that it was organized in four days. It took several weeks to organize and I had been talking with Marianne G beforehand. Maybe Andy and staff or whoever is on his “team” plan on doing something. I haven’t been asked about helping with anything.

I don’t know if you were here last year, but I organized Fern Day Event (actually four days) and had Marianne do her normal parade and Fern Day History story.

@CosmicAndy Hi Andy.. question here. One of the prizes is named “Indian Maiden” but it’s the male “doll”. Was that the correct image? I know in this day and age it shouldn’t matter, but I just had to ask. TY

@CosmicAndy @Gia Trying to decide which of these … or possibly both … I would like to do, but still have questions.
1. I’d like to consolidate some one room turfs … Is it possible to purchase one of the turfs and have staff copy/paste/import the items from a couple of those into the new turf? Or, would I have to drag everything and re-decorate it all?
2. Is the snail mail item worth the time/vouchers… or would it make sense to just use them in market or hold them for use at future events? If it’s a rare item, of course the value would make it worth it. lol so much to think about.

@CosmicAndy Andy, is it possible to leave a couple extra prize sets with someone during events when you or Polly aren’t here? There always seems to be a scramble with lots of esps if someone wants to add a game if a host is a no-show or some other issue. I’m sure there has to be someone reliable that would let you know and/or return the unused items. Thank You.

It would be nice if all hosts had a way to have their games announced, not just some. It would also be nice if there was someone available to help during the evening hours when there are events …. I get esped regularly <and am more than willing to help when I can> by hosts when they have an issue .. probably because they know I’ve done events and I might have an answer for them.

@CosmicAndy Just got my host boxes, TY, however the host Reward Voucher says 3V but tells me to “collect 4 vouchers” when holding it. Name and amount aren’t equal.

*EDITED* I found game rooms 2 & 3 – but they are named Independence Day, not Canada Games… but at least I found them! so skip #1.
1. I see only one game locale labeled in the Canada Festival area, there was supposed to be three……. am I missing something? and
2. Will there be different prizes eventually listed for Monday, June 30th and Tuesday, July 1st eventually? (No festival games on the 2nd or thru the 2nd?) I know that’s really two and a half questions.

@CosmicAndy Andy, is it possible to get the handouts for the group of Beaver Hockey players on Wednesday…. we’d like to start going out randomly on Thursday. Plus, will you be able to post the story I sent on an event page or shall I put it in a “News” post?

@CosmicAndy Hi Andy… I’m not seeing Canada Festival link over July 1st as yet … the special locales and prizes were available until the 2nd, yes?
Also…. were you ok with the Hockey Team Handouts being given out randomly over the course of the Festival and not just on Saturday and Sunday? I thought the team could just pop up here and there rather than being scheduled. When can I expect the handouts… and if you need to, you can deliver to Xie’s Blank Canvas.

@CosmicAndy Any chance you can have a designated person that you could deliver say 5 prize sets to that would be responsible to get a set to those in need when you aren’t here? That way, when all is said and done, they would also be responsible for getting the unused sets back to you and give you a list of those that received them.
Also, I would like to see more hosts take advantage of this…. when I was able to get iw, no hosts had moved over, so no chance of winning special prizes.
