@CosmicAndy Well, my little helpers and I would like to be some escaped members of The Canadian Beavers Hockey Team that skate their way right off the ice and slide into Vzones for the Canadian Festival. They would be complete with Beaver <gopher> heads, knit hats and scarves with their hockey sticks in hand ready to surprise people with a special hand-out at random times. Please let me know if this is something that appeals and can be done. TY

@CosmicAndy I updated my normal Tuesday Acro game on July 1st but there wasn’t a “Festival Area” option in the locale list so I used Event Room 1. Will you add that in the drop-down list?

@CosmicAndy Agree with beannie, things are still “off” with prize sets. However, on the plus side, I only got six extra sets, unlike last month when Walter had been out drinking the night before he sent them.
This month, I had boxes in three different colors, about three empty boxes, and a few boxes that had two additional prize sets IN a prize set. So, while Walter is getting better, he’s still not quite right. @beannie, I intend on using some of the extras I had gotten last month to fill out the DP vouchers to make it three per box. Let me know if you need some.

@CosmicAndy Whew! I think we’re ready to get this party started! BUT………. I need one last thing. Can you please add a little BLURB to the main page about the quest….. Telling people to begin their adventure by finding Indiana Zones somewhere in the jungle? Thank You!

@CosmicAndy Some people were still struggling with changing their venue option and I walked a good handful of them through the process. I thought my instructions above were clear, but if not……………………… could someone write out the explanation and pin it somewhere for hosts to use for any other events? Maybe we can have a “HOW TO” pinned thread or drop down option for hosts? TY

@CosmicAndy We have another issue with a host. I spoke to Shoot today and she still doesn’t have access to host forum and other options on the page, including being able to access the ability to update her game locales. She needs assistance with this because she’s missing so much info.
So……….. for now, can you put her Saturday, 11pm Slingo game in Event game room 2 and her Sunday, 6pm Bump game in Event game room 1 please?

@CosmicAndy I noticed at least one person set my name as “organizer” for their game during the event, not realizing that it really should be “host”. I guess they thought since I organized the event that’s what they should put. Just fyi if this is how the bot grabs info.

I’d rather keep the rooms a surprise for everyone until they get to wander into the locales and discover them for themselves. But @Gia might click on my Saturday, 1pm game and see what I did for myself <again, not revealing the locales>.

Hey @beannie … you can esp me when iw and I can walk you through it <you’ll need to know for future use anyway>.
Otherwise…
1. * Go to the “Gaming Schedule” at the top of this page, drop-down to “Game Hosts”, and then on the right you’ll see “My Scheduled Games”.
2. Find your game on the event date and click on the “Edit” tab.
3. A page will open with that particular game and you scroll down to the venue, change it to one of the Indiana Zones game rooms <make sure no one else is scheduled the same time, using same location>.
4. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
* [an alternate way is to go to your game on the event day, click on it and a page opens where you scroll down to the “EDIT THIS” button and follow the rest of the directions]
If, for some reason after the event, your games are stuck in Indiana Zones locale, you just have to do the same to set back to your original location. Easy Peasy!
