CosmicAndyMemberSeems this is a bug in the latest version of the calendar software. I’ve reported this to the developers and currently waiting for a fix.
Until then if you need a way around this, please delete the event and add it again with a new image.
I would hope 3 – 5 working days for it to be fixed.

CosmicAndyMember@Emm reported the image problem which I am looking into. Once it’s sorted you should then be able to cancel the 2nd game and change the image on the orginal.

CosmicAndyMember@Zophia is correct and well spotted this seems to be a bug in the software and in the providers latest version. I will aim to get this fixed in the next few days. The workaround is what Zophia suggested.

CosmicAndyMemberTry to stay calm. You may not have known but the website had a major technical problem which was related to the schedule software. I am working on updating this software and reduced this limit in the short term while I clean data and convert the games to the new database.

CosmicAndyMemberJust to confirm Zophia suggestion is correct but I will aim to get this bug fixed soon. We do allow upto 3 different games per slot so even if someone is in the slot you like it’s okay and you can still add your games.
I’ve sent you a direct message via the website to try and help you on-going with the schedule.
