Currently the only way to do this is to cancel your current subscription and signup for a VIP membership.
Option 1) Cancel a day before the monthly billing date. Then signup for the new VIP membership.
Option 2) Cancel right away. Signup for VIP and raise a support ticket to have the difference refunded to you as a dollar equivalent in tokens delivered to your ATM.
