How do I downgrade my subscription?

Please visit: https://www.vzones.com/my-account/

Then click My Subscription

Then from that page click cancel next to the subscription.

Then signup for the new subscription you would like. You will be assigned new account details so you can transfer items between the accounts. This needs to be completed before the expiry date of the VIP account.
