This message will be shown under the following circumstances:
- You are using the wrong username or password in the launcher.
- Your firewall/security software is blocking the connection from your PC to our servers.
- Our security systems have blocked your IP address for accessing VZones.
- WorldsAway & Summerland is offline.
In most cases you are using the wrong launcher User ID or password. Please check they are correct.
If you are using the correct details visit https://www.vzones.com/status/ and check that WorldsAway Server #1 and Summerland Server #1 are showing as online.
If you are using the correct details and all servers are online it would suggest you are using the wrong login still or your computer security software has blocked the VZones connection. To test this, please disable your firewall/security software and try to connect again.
If this still does not solve it, please submit a support ticket.
