How do i make my game LOA?

Step 1 – Edit Game

Go to the details of your game by clicking on the schedule and click on the [EDIT THIS] button as shown below in the image. Note: if you don’t see this edit button you may need to maximize your browser window.

Step 2 – Add Exclusions

Scroll to bottom of your game till you see the [ADD EXCLUSION] button. In this example, 2 exclusions were made earlier for 4/21/2025 and 4/28/2025. We are going to add another one. We do this by clicking the [ADD EXCLUSION] button.

Step 3 – Select Once

We now see the options Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly and Once appear. Click on [Once]

Step 4 – Select Date Field

Once you click on [Once] the On part appears, in which you can enter the date. Just click anywhere in the textbox after On

Step 5 – Choose LOA Date

I won’t be able to host my game May 19^th, so I click May 19^th

Step 6 – Finished

You will now see the date in the textbox

Step 7 – Update Listing

Make sure to click [SUBMIT EVENT] once you are happy with your exclusion.
