I think July 10th may be a little too soon for your first event and for us to help. Ideally, we need 14 working days from the date you complete the build and submit the event request form.
You will need to build the event area, so it should include 2–3 gaming locales and 3–5 themed areas (the more, the better) for members to hang out in, explore, shop, etc. You’ll also need to think about the design, style, and overall theme.

To confirm, Polly cannot build it.
To confirm, Dia cannot build it.For a member event, the organiser should arrange and complete the build in a turf. Many members can help if needed. It’s usually connected via the special games gates, but it could also connect to the back of the magic shop if the theme/design works.

VIP Paint Club V2 is scheduled for Friday 29th from 4PM to 5PM.
Both rooms are now open for aspiring painters to preview, explore, and begin testing codes ahead of the session.
If all items cannot be agreed upon within the 1-hour session, the Paint Club meeting will roll over into a follow up session and continue until all items are finalised and agreed.

Right now we only have https://www.vzones.com/prize-request/ supported so it could be done on this but it would be for all games on the day. It could be limited to all acro games if more than 1 was hosted in the day to conver time zones. Ideally 3+

It’s always been that way to stop people doing rapid name changes and causing trouble. Ideally it would limit by time but it’s not designed that way. It was also designed that way to build community with people getting to know people by name.
Maybe something you could do via Polly and the RP team. Chat with her.

To clarify the rule as it currently stands and the way it’s always been; we do not require notice for taking a blank spot and posting any game on it.
Team games are new and i’m aware you’ve raised the concern on how it impacts players collecting points and this will be discussed at the next meeting as a community.
If Mikey had not taken the slot @ 2pm today no one would be playing anything so the discussion needs to be around if team points are awarded or not without a notice period.

@troela i would suggest you unsubscribe from notifications on this thread and just enjoy playing bump as normal. Scores will be added and if you win you win. If you don’t you get may get a random prize or lucky DP one month. Think of it as just a bonus rather than something you need to manage and track.
